A New 406-Room Student Residence
Construction of a student residence with 406 rooms across three above-ground floors and one partially below-ground level. Each room features a kitchenette and a bathroom, and 26 ground-floor rooms have private terraces. The residence provides 114 parking spaces: 21 in an underground garage and the rest at ground level. The building also includes a basement for mechanical and utility rooms.
Additional amenities include a third-floor terrace and a ground-floor pool area. The building’s exterior combines precast concrete, insulated corrugated metal panels, and ceramic cladding.
Shared Spaces Designed for Students to Enjoy
The residence features a gym, basement laundry facilities, and a screening and conference room with seating for 36 people. Other shared spaces include a lobby, reception area, lounge, café, private staff dining room, multipurpose classroom, and library and study room, along with 10 shared kitchens with dining areas for student use.
